To determine if there is a mold growth, the State of Texas requires that you first have an assessment made by an independent licensed mold assessment consultant. Our mold assessment consultants will run air sample tests to determine the types of mold present and the severity. We will then prepare a mold assessment protocol that will provide us with the required information to consult with you on your remediation options. After mold remediation, we will also do a follow up test to ensure that all mold has been remediated properly.
